Cancellation Policy
We require all customers to provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or re-booking an appointment. We value your time, and ask that you value ours as well. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes after their appointment start time will be considered a no-show. If two no-shows or late cancellations happen you will be unable to book without a Quote Fee upfront as security for the time set aside.
